📅 Fixtures & results
I'm Cordelia Mason, and like a lot of people I drifted into football betting through matchday opinions and pub chat, eventually noticing that the prices on the board didn't always match what I was seeing on the pitch. That gap is what got me writing about the sport properly. I've been at it seriously for six years now, so I won't sit here claiming any kind of mastery, but even that stretch has hammered home lessons about patience and discipline I didn't see coming.
I stick to 1X2, partly because it's how anyone naturally watches a game, win, draw or lose, and partly because there's often value tucked away in fixtures nobody is really studying closely. The headline games get priced to death; the value tends to live in the matches the markets treat as routine. I weigh up form, motivation, rotation, home and away splits, and the contextual stuff the odds sometimes miss, a side with one eye on a cup tie, a manager quietly resting legs, a crowd that lifts a team or turns on it. The draw is the part most punters underrate, and I spend a lot of time on the fixtures where it's doing real work in the price.
I write for Soccers Tips because the site gives me room to walk through my thinking properly instead of firing off picks with no context. I'd much rather someone read my reasoning and disagree with it than blindly back a tip because the last one landed. Football is messy, and anyone pretending it isn't has something to sell you. What I'm trying to do is simple: put out honest analysis, point at the angles I think are worth a look, and trust readers to make their own minds up.

The side with more shots wins only 46.8% of matches. My 1X2 data study shows how shot margin, favourite status and league change that figure.
